Overview
The jetty will play a dual role, facilitating the export of aggregates from the Gento Quarry to The Gambia and other potential regional markets while supporting the import of cement raw materials and fuel products. Additionally, it will act as a logistical support base for constructing the Banana Island Port. This integrated facility is set to become a major node in Sierra Leone’s industrial and maritime landscape.
